tolong dunk about motor lawas

salam bikers bro semua
saia mo tny seputar motor lawas, motor saia astrea 800 th 85
permasalahanya adalah seputar kelistrikan dan carburator,

kelistrikan :
1. buat lampu saia kog redup terus ya padahla sudah ganti aki dan lilit ulang sepul
2. buat lampu sign kog kadang2 nyala kadang2 g, klo pun nyala harus kondisi mesin On kurang lebih 15 menit kurang dari itu g mw nyala

carburataor :
1. karbu saia sdh ganti pake carbu GL 100 kog g bisa stasioner ya, padahl stelan sdh bnr smua dan jarum skep di posisi 3 (standar) plus klep pun sdh distel
2. klo habis brenti lama (biasanya malam mpe pagi) klo mw jalan karbu ngembun dan stasioner jadi rendah bgt
3. klo isi bensin pertamax kog motor carbu jadi panas ya, apa mungkin g cocok kali ya :buck2:

untuk kelistrikan coba cek magnetnya dan kiproknya....

Masak kalah sama GL Max yang udah tua juga.... nyala lampunya bisa ngalahin honda tiger  ;D

Karbunya ngga kegedean tuh pake punya GL 100 ... pakai imitasi atau asli tapi bekas.?

coba cek bagian jarum skep... (seperti anjuran Bro Noeg) kalau gampang bergetar mungkin bisa jadi penyebabnya, cek juga skepnya kalau udah longgar... sepertinya harus ganti baru dah..  ;D

woke..woke bro moko...petuah bro sedang saia laksanakan...klo karbu pake imitasi tapi reparkitnya masih asli bawaan dari GL 100, coz ceritanya karbu yang asli tuch pecah bagian kuping yg harus diikat ke manifold dan sdh di lem besi pun tetep g kuat, jadi saia akalin aja cari karbu GL 100 Imitasi terus Reparkitnya pake yg aslinya...getu bro moko...btw thnks ya bro

kok ngga pakai punya GL Max aja Bro... kalau GL 100 sudah ada TPFCnya belum? ngaruh banget kalau ada TPFCnya...

waduh maap bro TPFC-nya sdh g fungsi bro, dulu pernah dicoba tapi malah gas g mau turun...ya sdh lengserkan saja...GL MAX bro? kira2 saia perlu ganti manifold g? coz saia pake manifold variasi yg bengkok ke kiri, sebelumnya pake manifold WIN tapi ternyata bagian tekukan kebawah agak retak, cari lagi kebentur rasa malas...once again thnks bgt bro...

Mending sekalian ajah tarik kabel baru kali bro. Megapro gw juga aneh nich. Lampu rem-nya ga nyala kalo lampu depan nyala.

Kalau masalah lampu nih, kayanya mesti diperiksa satu persatu komponen-komponennya.
Apalagi motornya kan sudah cukup "berpengalaman".

Coba terapi sebagai berikut :

PERTAMA
Cek tegangan yang dihasilkan spull, cukup atau tidak (tegangan A/C). Pakai Voltmeter, setting ke A/C V skala 50 atau 100 (karena tegangan yang dihasilkan bisa mencapai 80 V A/C

KEDUA
Cek tegangan dari KIPROK / REGULATOR-RECTIFIER. tegangan yang dihasilkan untuk kabel merah (pengisian) saat putaran menengah dan tinggi harus mencapai 13 - 14 DC V. Untuk kabel kuning (penerangan) juga 13 - 15 A/C V.
Kalau dibawah itu, berarti regulator-rectifier yang bermasalah.

KETIGA
ikuti saran dar sesepuh untuk mengganti kabel baru. Karena sifat kabel yang asli mungkin sudah mengeras, dan sudah "teroksidasi", biasanya ditunjukkan dengan adanya partikel putih kehijauan (seperti tumpukan garam pada terminal aki).
Dan kalau merakit kabel baru, diperhatikan diameter serabutnya. Kadang di toko onderdil jual kabel yang murahan, katanya diameter 1,5 mm, ternyata serabutnya cuma 0,6 mm.
Sebaiknya pakai kabel yang diameter serabutnya 1,5 mm harga juga tidak begitu mahal, sekitar 3 rebu / meter (yang murahan Rp 8.000 / rol - 30m).

TPFC - Trancient Power Fuel Control
Digunakan pada saat akselerasi, dimana mesin membutuhkan campuran bahan bakar yang lebih banyak, maka dari TPFC akan menyemprotkan bahan bakar ke mulut karburator.

Kemungkinan besar, kabel masa dari lampu belakang rada error.
Waktu direm dengan lampu depan nyala, lampu belakang nyala nggak (alias mati semua) ??

woke bro thnks bgt ya, tapi skdar info aja, saia pake GL 100 kog bukan GL pro atau Neotech...klo pake Win sdh pernah tapi klo pake Kaze belum tuch, klo boleh tahu ngaruhnya apa ya antara Karbu KAze, Win, GL ke mototr yg cuma 90 cc kyk pny saia, thnks bgt buat ilmunya

karbu win = karbu kaze yg beda cuman lobang yg nempel di manifold itu lebi besar punyaan win sedikit...gt aja....

klo masalah nda isa stasioner itu kemungkinan besar gara2 kebesaran karbu^^, itu biar karbu ada stelan angin2, biarpun di setel mati kan lobang kerbunya tetep gede jd yg terjadi kemasukan angin over dosis. Cuba aja ganti kerbu grand...pasti nda masalah^^,

klo masalah lampu: Spul itu ada 2 macem, 1 spul CDI, 2 spul Kiprok...jadi jng sampe salah gulung ya^^,klo masalah minta spul yg macem apa. kabel buat gulung spul yg tebel dan gulunganya sedikit menghasilkan arus( I ) yg besar. sedang kabel yg tipis dan gulunganya banyak bakal menghasilkan volt( V ) yg besar...sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan anda aja, dibicarakan ama yg gulung dah^^,

saranku: modif itu se extream apapun hrs ada keseimbangan, antara pengapian, bensin, pembuangan ...jng ngawur dah pada intinya....contohnya motor saya:
Honda Star'87 karbu kaze, piston kaze, koil kharisma + UEB, knalpot pendek...ini aja masih bermasalah ama spul CDInya, kliatanya spul CDI standart star g mampu mengimbangi kecepatan putaran yg dihasilkan mesin(saat digeber kecepayan tinggi kelamaan).hasilnya malah harus sering ganti spul (setiap aku luar kota, pulang-pergi..spul ku selalu bermasalah)....sedangkan spul CDI grand g isa dipasang di motor saya >.<
