Tambah Tenaga & Irit BBM

Hello,

Gw dapet idenya dari koran....er lupa nama pastinya....otomotif gitu atau otoplus....
Anyway, infonya sih bilang kalo manifold motor bagian dalamnya kan kaya kulit jeruk...sedikit kasar seperti berpasir.....kalo ama kita amplas sampe halus hasilnya menarik sekali boo! :)

Manifold itu pipa besi yg nempel antara kalbulator & cylinder head.
Pendek gitu....umumnya bentuknya mengarah ke huruf "C"....gitu  :ph34r:

coba buka busa saringan udara yg terletak didepan karbu..dijamin irit dan akselerasi bertambah..cobain aja..karna gw sndiri jg dah nyoba.. -_-

Errrr....bukannya gimana gimana gitu....tapi bukannya kalo ngga ada saringan sama sekali....debu2 jadi ngga kesaring sama sekali & masuk ke mesin.....kan jadi kurang tokcer gesekan spare-parts engine tuk jangka waktu panjang (ngerusak mesin)....
Ini info gua dapet dari manual book honda....lagian masuk akal juga....

Beda lagi kalo lubang si kalbu di hadap ke samping.......mungkin lebih sedikit resiko tuk kemasukan debunya

hehehehe..yg ane mksd tuh hanya busanya aja yg dilepas yg terletak didalam kotak hitam..bukan sama kotak hitamnya dicopot..klo kotaknya dicopot ya itu baru bener masuk lsg ke karbu..tapi ini kan hanya busanya saja...(coba saja seminggu)aku dah test di motor jupi ku dan tdk ada efek negatif apa2..karna mekanik jupiter sndiri yg rekomended

Mohon maaf sebelumnya,

Menurut saya cara ini kurang bijak, meskipun yang dilepas hanya filternya (busa - menurut anda), tetap saja berpotensi debu dan partikel lain yang berukuran lebih besar dari pori busa ikut masuk ke dalam karbu.

Untuk jangka pendek memang akan lebih "irit".  Saya beri tanda petik karena suplai udara lebih lancar, maka pengkabutan juga lebih maksimal.  Dan efek lainnya adalah tenaga bertambah.

Namun untuk jangka panjang, partikel-2 yang masuk tadi akan membuat lubang-lubang pada karburator yanag berukuran kecil-2 aus atau tersumbat.  Lama kelamaan akan mengakibatkan putaran idle yang tidak rata (engine stall).

biar gimana2 kayaknya masih lebih baik kalo busanya tetep dipasang deh
nggak mungkin kan yang design ngasih busa kalo nggak ada gunanya, pastinya semuanya udah diperhitungkan sebelum motor dilepas ke pasaran :ph34r:

Atau mending di ganti busanya, kalo ga salah di bonjer ada yang jual busa tapi kerapatannya lebih rendah dengan kemampuan penyaringan yang sama.

Lepas busa sah2 saja bahkan sampai lepas filter juga ngga apa2, motor balap rata2 malah ngga pakai filter... karena pasokan angin ngga bisa lepas... lepas filter juga bikin motor jadi responsif.

repotnya kalau hujan pasti kemasukan air.... dan yang pasti harus lebih sering bersihkan karbu dan kepala cilinder....
kalau mau aman ya main standard aja... kalau buat harian dan sering putar2 kota dan bukan buat kebut2an pasang aja... gimanapun pakai filter dan busa lebih awet.. :ph34r: :ph34r:

tergantung penggunaan kaleee...

mau pake apa??drag, Road, semi, harian???se extrem apa modikasi untuk tujuan tertentu selalu ada sisi negatif walaupun hanya sedikit...menurut saya sih mending klo takut rusak jng dimodif, pilihan ke 2 tunggu rusak baru dimodif^^,

tetep standar aja cukup maen di stelan klep aja plus stel ulang karburator  :ph34r:
klo mw model lepas saringan dan apalah yg mendongkrak performa lebih baik jangan, coz bikin boros (contoh motor saia g pake filter dan saringan hanya pake karet filter aja-->boros bro  :angry: )
