Sebenarnya sich (katanya lhoo...) waktu beli tangki baru, dilapisin dulu pake epoxy. Trus tangki bensin jangan sampe ada isi setengah dan biarkan lama.

Kalo motor mau ditangkringin ga dipake lama harus dikosongkan. Soalnya kadang-kadang bensin masih mengandung air dan mengakibatkan karat. Nah solusinya pake aja fluel treatment dicampur ke bensin. Konon cairan tersebut bisa mengubah air jadi gum yang kemudian terbakar pada saat pembakaran di dalam mesin.

Satu tips lagi, biasanya kalo pake motor laki kita suka pake jaring untuk bawa barang yang ditaruh diatas tangki dan ujung-ujungnya dikaitkan ke bawah tangki. Ujungnya harus dibengkokkan dulu supaya tidak menggores bawah tangki. Karena kalo tergores di bawah tangki bisa berkarat pada saat hujan dan bisa melebar.

Kadang kadang sich gw semprotin dech tuch bagian bawah tangki pake WD40 biar ga karatan.

kalau buat tangki motor biar ngga karatan, aq ada solusi... ;D
caranya daleman tangki motor dilapisin fiberglass, jadi itu bahan fiber yang terdiri dari resin dan katalis, dituang dalam tangki yang udah dikosongkan, tapi tangki harus bener2 bersih...., dan usahakan lapisan fiberglass menutup seluruh lapisan daleman tangki...
untuk bahan resin dan katalis di Jogja dapat beli di toko "Ngasem Baru"

Gw domisili di mampang, GL PRO thn 86, Tua banget ya !! tapi dah di ubah ke CDI(sebelumnya platina), ganti magnet,spul. lagi kepingin banget ganti piston tiger ama atas2anya, kira2 nyari dimana nih ?


mau gabung nih di GL-PROMAX, kebetulan deket . setiap jumat malam ya mas.

Kalau Nyari di Ahass (yang baru) mahal banget bro, 2 juta lebih itu cuman bloknya, silinder kop harganya ampir sama dengan harga bloknya....., disaranin kalau mau hemat (pakai blok Baru) bisa pakai punya phantom Rp 800k. kalau mau murah cari bekas aja bro... lebih Murah... cuman ya barangnya belum tentu ada.... kemaren ditawarin Blok atas lengkap aja harganya 1,5 jt, itu tanpa seher dan ring, masih harus ganti boring lagi.... :uglystupid2:

GL Pro tahun 86 bisa keren kok Bro asal bener aja yang modif... punyaq malah GL-Max tahun 1990....

masalah gear ya.... gear Gl dan tiger emang sering bermasalah....
solusinya ya ganti tromol... kalau ban belakang pakai ring 17 bisa pakai punya grand... imitasiannya murah.. banyak yang jual... kalau oblak paling cuman ganti karet bantalannya... bisa pakai gear kecil juga....

wah Gir bawaan Pro Neotech ya... aku pakainya GL Max... kalau GL Max bawaan pabriknya 42....( tapi masalahnya aku belinya bekas... ngga tau itu asli pabrik atau ngga?  ^_^ )
kalau aku sih lebih suka dibuat agak kecilan buat ngejar topspeed lebih enak walau angkatan pertama agak lebih berat ... untuk kelas GL Gear paling kecil cuman sampai ukuran 38...
