1 Mau Buat Engine block untuk mio harus inject die casting mesin yang berapa ton?
  (mio no engine block o sukuritai to omotara nan ton casting kikai ga sitsuyo nan deska)
2 Die mold yang bagaimana sebaiknya?
  ( Do iu kanagata ga iin desuka)

maksud pertanyaanya seperti no 1 dan 2 ?

Lho Kok jadi lari ke casting? wah ini teknis banget (ngerjain neh!)
1 untuk Engine Block mio,ada 2 alternative 1 cavity atau 2 cavity
untuk 2 cavity pakai mesin 650 ton , kalau 1 cavity cukup dengan mesin 350 ton
Jenis mesin inject nya ada 3 pilihan :
 a Toshiba
 b Ube
 c Toyo
(mio no engine block no bae wa 2tsu hoho ga ate 1ko dori to 2 ko dori nan de
2 ko dori no ho ga 650 ton ni sukawanai to ikenai de 1 ko dori wa 350 ton demo dekiru
kikai toshite wa 3 tsurui arimashite toshiba ube toyo desu)

2 mold  insert material nya  SKD 61 DAC 10 utk cavity dan FCD 55 untuk Base mold
life time 100000shouts
hardening HRC 47 dan nitriding
(kanagata wa insert ga SKD61 DAC 10 to FCD 55 base de tsukate
nesyosyuri wa HRC47 de rekantan toshite jumyo wa 100000shouts desu)
nanti kalo jadi produksi saya dikasih ya...he...he..
(honto ni seisan shitara watashi ni okute ne)

what r u looking for?
camshaft,block engine??
are you using mio for drag or road race in phillipines?

Actually we are like research ,so one we make and try /analys and making again for the improvement
Currently  we have design for clynder head spec only for several model 58.5 , 63 , 66 , 68 ,70
And our Stroke design only 4mm up 6mm up or 10mm up (Stroke 10mm up only for piston 66 or more)and with balancing max ''0.02 gram"
Exhaust an muffler by own design too
Only thats all our spec made by BZ.
