gimana sih caranya ngebedain knalpot racing aftermarket asli ama yang aspal??
secara di negeri ini jago bgt org bikin tiruan merk2 terkenal.

trus kalo dapet barang yg aspal apakah ada yg berkualitas? gimana cara menilainya?

wah... bedainnya..biasanya dilihat dari bahannya...trus juga harus dipake....enak ngga buat motornya...
kalau di Jogja mending kalo mau pake knalpot racing pesen aja ke bengkel knalpot khusus... disana ukuran knalpot disetting sesuai kondisi motor, standard, korek harian, dan balap, tiap jenis knalpot punya spek sendiri-sendiri. terutama untuk motor 2 tak  :ph34r:

Hmmm kalo menurut pengalaman pribadi gua yang terbatas...
Bedain-nya gampang2 susah! heheh It's true!

Tapi hal yang pertama gua lakuin...gua cari dulu barang2 "aspal" atau "palsu banget"  biar gua cukup kenal ama product quality-nya.  Nah...dari situ sih gampang...Kan udah kenal ama yang jelek....tinggal cari yang cantik "asli".  Yah semacam cari cewe la...kalo blom kenal yang jelek ... mana tau yang cantik?  Blom kenal yang rese...gimana kenal yang asyik?

Mudah mudahan ini info cukup membantu.

untuk membedakan knalpot racing aftermarket asli atau palsu kita bisa membedakan pada bagian las atau sambungan knalpot, biasanya kalau product asli dan bagus, las sambungan pun sudah menggunakan las argon tetapi jika yang palsu atau lokal, sambungan las pada knalpot tidak rapi dan hanya menggunakan las biasa.
Bentuk knalpot itu harus dilihat dari tekukan main pipe atau yang biasa disebut leher knalpot dan bentuknya itu harus sesuai jalur pembuangan dan jangan banyak tekukan agar gas sisa pembakaran bisa langsung lancar terbuang, tetapi pada ukuran diameter  leher juga harus disesuaikan dengan kapasisitas cc mesin dan lubang buang pada silencer jangan terlalu besar karena bisa mengurangi akselerasi kendaraan.

Dan untuk bahan knalpot yang bagus adalah yang menggunakan bahan stainless karena tidak mudah karat dan jika terkena air atau panas dari mesin, knalpot tidak rusak atau keropos,
Dan jika tidak menggunakan  bahan stainless, minimal bahan knalpot itu sudah dilapisi dengan chrome yang berkualitas tinggi sehingga knalpot tidak mudah karat dan menjadi keropos.

kalau pake stainless pasti mahal banget tuh... bahan mentahnya juga udah mahal... apalagi las argon.. kalau pake itu pasti bagus banget...., bagus tuh saran dari dr-moto   :ph34r: tapi juga jangan lupa diperhitungkan spek mesinnya...

hallo bro..salam kenal bro...sekedar ngasih info aj...untuk liat knalpot asli itu memang asli dan palsu bahannya jelas berbeda dan kerapiannya....kebanyakan kita harus perhatikan silencernya....

oia bro..knalpot itu sebenarnya ada berbagai macam..maksudnya sesuai cc..ternyata knalpot itu dijual sesuai cc..di indonesia jarang atau blom ada mungkin menjual seperti itu..tetapi di thailand bila kita memmbeli knalpot mereka akan nanya..untuk berapa cc..nahh...kebanyakan distributor kita beli yang standar supaya laku dan gak mau ngambil resiko..bgitu broo... :ph34r:..,jadi mending kita bikin sendiri untuk sesuai dengan motor kita broo..

hehehehehhehe....memang disini banyaknya buatan indonesia...mereka kan cuma beli lisensinya doang....gak usah nyebutin merk ya..takut diprotes....hampir 90% bikinan lokal...bahkan merk2 terkenal...yang katanya made in malaysia or thailand....tapi kan gppp bro kalo knalpot yang penting harga & kualitasnya.... jangan termakan made in..........
